Working at Slalom with the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, I led the creation of a six-part video series for their website redesign, producing content in both English and Spanish. Operating as a solo filmmaker at two locations, I managed all aspects of production including lighting, audio, and multiple camera setups. The project expanded to coordinating four remote film crews across the country, where I developed detailed previsualization guides to maintain visual consistency across all locations, ultimately editing and delivering all six final pieces.
Alongside the video content, I tackled a complex data visualization challenge involving a 56,000-line zipcode database. Using Python scripting and GeoJSON datasets, I developed a program to automatically generate county-boundary visualizations for each NMSS chapter, replacing what would have been a manual Excel-based process. This automation not only streamlined their mapping workflow but also uncovered critical inconsistencies in their dataset that affected chapter funding and communication systems.
